If you are not satisfied with the delivered translation, you may request a revision or refund within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or revision:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • The translation must have been delivered by us
  • The issue must be related to translation quality or accuracy
  • You must provide specific details about the issues

2. Revision Process

Upon receiving a request for revision, we will review your feedback and the translation. We will:

  • Acknowledge your request within 24 hours
  • Review the translation against your specifications
  • Provide a revised translation within 3-5 business days
  • Make corrections at no additional cost if the issue is our responsibility

3. Full Refund

A full refund will be issued if:

  • The translation is incomplete or not delivered
  • The translation fails to meet the agreed specifications
  • We are unable to provide a satisfactory revision
  • The issue is clearly due to our error or negligence

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery
  • Changes to project specifications after delivery
  • Client dissatisfaction with translation style or tone (subjective preferences)
  • Issues arising from unclear or ambiguous source documents
  • Requests for additional services not originally agreed upon

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be returned to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
